Service Agreement / Terms of Use

 

 

By Submitting Payment, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

PAYMENT:

 

We accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Cash or Check.

A 22% gratuity will be automatically added to all quoted prices. Additional cash tip at your own discretion.

The client is responsible for the action of his/her guests regarding the entirety of this agreement.

 

 

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

 

Our primary service area is a 25-mile radius from our location in Winter Garden, Florida 34787. We may

(at our sole discretion) provide services outside of our primary area, but additional charges will apply.

Waiting time over 15 minutes from the prearranged time will incur additional charges. If a client does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time for the party and has not contacted the Host, Host will consider the party cancelled.

If the vehicle is inside a commercial parking area for more than 25 minutes, additional parking fees will be added to your bill.

 

 

DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES:

 

All clients and their guests MUST act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of the vehicle.

Client assumes full financial responsibility for any interior/exterior damage to the vehicle or property

caused by the client or his/her guests whether by accident, neglect, or intent.

 

  • Our karaoke /sound system can be operated by ONE contracted client only.
  • Drinking is allowed. Bring your own.
  • NO eating/ NO Food of any kind inside the limo.
  • Vomits in the vehicle, will incur a minimum charge of $300 cleaning and sanitizing fees.
  • Any liquid or alcoholic beverage spilled inside the limo carpeting, will incur a minimum of $200 cleaning charge added to your bill.
  • If the vehicle requires additional cleaning above normal after the service is completed, a minimum of $100 cleaning charge will be added to your bill.

 

Client assumes full responsibility for any cleaning and authorize credit card charges to be made to cover

these costs.

 

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

All sales are final. A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation

or payment. All reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment must be received at

least 10 days prior to the event. NO REFUND when an event is cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled

event. FunBlaze Limousine will make every effort to reschedule your event (one time with no penalty) to

another date should cancellation be necessary.

 

If the guaranteeing credit card is not able to be charged for any reason, customer agrees to pay for

damages within seven (7) days from the event date. Customer agrees to pay for any collection

expenses and/or attorney fees and cost associated with Funblaze Limousine collection efforts.

 

 

BAD WEATHER/Unforeseen Events:

 

There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, extremely high winds, flooding) we may (and reserve the right to)

reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

Our Company cannot be held responsible for delays or termination of the service due to mechanical

breakdown, traffic congestion, or hazardous driving conditions. FunBlaze Limousine will make every effort to make up the lost time at a mutually agreeable date (one time with no penalty) should cancellation be necessary.

On or prior to your dates, if the vehicle is unexpectedly unavailable for any reason, we will make every effort to find a “like” vehicle. If a “like” vehicle is not available, you will get a full refund.

 

 

Vehicle Rules:

 

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Standing or changing of seats in a moving vehicle is a serious breach of safety. Seating changes should only be made when vehicle is stopped.

We are a NON-SMOKING VEHICLE. Smoking will not be permitted. A fee of $200.00 for smoking in the vehicle and additional $200 for each carpet or seat burn.

No sparklers near the vehicle. No glitter allowed in the vehicle.

 

 

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

 

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The Client oversees and accepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Client also accepts all costs for any cleaning due to spillage, vomiting or other damage to the vehicle from alcohol brought into the vehicle.

 

Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the FunBlaze Limousine. Any observed use of illegal

narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party

immediately without a refund.

 

 

SAFETY & ALLERGIES: 

 

Please notify us immediately of any allergy-related issues of the guests.

Our event coordinator Christy is always available to facilitate all our events. However, a parent is required to be readily available and within contact of the facilitator. A parent must always stay with kids aged 3 and under.

 

 

INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER:

 

FunBlaze Limousine or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the Client’s

party. Our company and the driver assume no responsibility for articles left in the vehicle by Client and

their guests. Our drivers are authorized to terminate your service without any refunds upon any of these

Infractions:

 

  • Disorderly conduct by any of the passengers
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21
  • The use of drugs prohibited by law
  • Sticking your head or arms out of the moving vehicle
  • Violence or verbal assault against our staff

 

 

PICTURES/VIDEO:

 

During the booking process, if you select Yes, FunBlaze Limousine will be taking pictures and/or video of

the party for FunBlaze Limousine’s website, advertising, and social media pages. The Client/Host is

responsible for notifying all parents of their guests while accepting all liability that may arise from the

pictures being taken and posted. The Client agrees to indemnify FunBlaze Limousine. If you do not want

us taking these pictures or posting them on the website or social media, etc., please select “NO” during

the booking process.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

 

FunBlaze Limousine is committed to protecting your privacy. Info collected on the site is used for making

bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other establishments.

By submitting payment, you have read and agree to the company policy for all terms, services charges,

and cancellation.
